The Opportunity
As a Consultant Manager at Gallagher Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic relationships with consultants. You'll identify and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing opportunities for sales growth. By leveraging your expertise, you’ll help influence key specifications, facilitate new business opportunities, and support consultants in achieving success with Gallagher's security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies for the region, helping achieve sales goals and profitability while maintaining a focus on long-term business value.
2. Consultant Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, providing support and training to maximize their success. Manage communication and ensure Gallagher’s offerings meet their needs.
3. Business Development: Drive new business by engaging with consultants to identify opportunities, support product specifications, and enhance sales growth in the region.
