Invoicing Administrator – Accountancy Qualification
Duration: 10 months contract PAYE
Pay: £27.49/hour
Location: Liverpool
Role involves:
* Contract review and updating of Charging Database
* Preparation of fees for invoicing
* Checking of invoice calculations prepared by offshore team
* Resolving client queries
* Preparation of horizontal financial reviews to prevent revenue leakage
* Update of procedures where processes have changed or procedures not sufficiently clear
* Undertaking UAT testing for new client onboarding
* Responsibility for parts of monthly invoicing cycle and month end processes
* Input and update of accruals/invoice postings
* Local market charging preparation and analysis
Required experience:
* Previous invoicing/accounting experience
* Experience of month/quarter/year end processes with demonstrable accountability for tasks
* Intermediate/advanced Excel experience
Nice to have:
Accountancy qualification
