We have an opportunity for a Business Service Associate to join our team of staff. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. Ability to manage information of a confidential nature. Duties of this role include: You are responsible for processing invoices, payment requests, ensuring prompt payments to vendors. You support Group and Hospital performance to deliver consistent, efficient and accurate service in Accounts Payable. You deliver timely and accurate data to produce management information reports You support change and the review of business services processes to improve overall efficiency. You ensure compliance with statutory and group obligations, as well as company policy. You undertake any necessary filing and document management. You respond to ad-hoc requests from Business Services management team. You comply with all relevant mandatory training.
