Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!
We are looking for a competent Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent service to our clients. Through professional and efficient administration tasks you will navigate a customer's account to provide them with a first-class experience, ensuring the best outcome is achieved for the customer and the business. By working as a team and utilising other departments' knowledge, you'll build on your own personal development understanding the customers' needs.
Shift Patterns include 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, and 10am-6pm which will rotate throughout the week.

Key Requirements:
* Experience working in a customer-focused environment either over the phone or face-to-face.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines and multitask.
* Able to work under pressure and go the extra mile.
* Must be able to build rapport with customers on the telephone.
* Great telephone manner.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from existing customers.
* Ensure all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding the customer's account.
* Respond to customers' emails effectively and efficiently.
* Liaise with other departments across the business.
* Regularly update customers with new information relating to their account.
* Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and letter.
* Maintain customer files in line with company policy.
* In the absence of the Customer Service Manager, liaise with external agencies, e.g., Trading Standards, Alternative Dispute Resolution services, and the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman.
* Assist with administration duties.
* Monitor and record customer complaints.
* Action requests given by the Customer Service Manager.
* Any other duties as deemed necessary.

Hours of Work: 35h/week - Monday to Friday rotating shifts 8:00am - 4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, and 10:00am - 6:00pm with 1h unpaid lunch break. Possibly 1 Saturday a month 9am-2pm paid as overtime.
