Are You the Director of Sales We’re Looking For?
Experience:
* Extensive experience in facilities management or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors.
* Built and mentored successful sales teams.
* Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
* Understand sales processes and team performance.
* Proficient in sales operations, including managing activity, sales, revenue, and performance.
* Experience with HubSpot CRM.
* Experience with ‘hard’ facilities management, air conditioning systems, and commercial gas.
What Will You Be Doing as Director of Sales?
* Leading the sales team with a hands-on approach, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
* Managing two direct reports with the potential to manage the estimating team in the future.
* Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand FORTH's customer base and ensure strong market presence.
* Collaborating directly with the Managing Director to shape the company’s sales strategy and overall business direction.
* Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring trust and longevity.
* Overseeing sales operations, including sales processes, revenue tracking, and team performance.
* Providing regular reports and insights to the board, contributing to strategic decision-making.
* Mentoring and developing sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
* Region: Managing London to South Coast, from Bournemouth to Brighton.
