Audit + Accounts Manager – St Albans, Hertfordshire – Top 15 Firm

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts engagements
2. Responsible for WIP and billing
3. Act as mentor for allocated junior staff, contributing to their development
4. Proactively look for and implement improvements to internal processes and systems
Requirements:
1. Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
2. Have over 3 years post-qualified experience
3. Be experienced in managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients
4. Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
