We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dedicated clinical and nursing team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care. Participate in the development of new services and care pathways. Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy. Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service. Qualifications and Skills: Registered Nurse (RMN) with active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualification experience. Relevant clinical experience. Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality. Flexible and innovative approach to practice. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Shift Patterns and Working Hours: Day Shifts: 7:00am - 7:30pm Night Shifts: 7:00pm - 7:30am Full-time is 37.5 hours per week, working on a 3-shift/4-shift rotation over a 2-week pattern, including every other weekend. Night shifts are scheduled in blocks rather than alternating weekly. Rotas are provided at least 6 weeks in advance, ensuring sufficient notice for night work requirements. Part-time options are available at 21.5 hours (2 shifts) or 32.25 hours (3 shifts) per week, all following the same shift hours and rota basis. While full-time candidates are preferred, part-time positions will be considered for the right candidate.
