Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting patients and routing them through the appointment system.
2. Booking appointments at the desk and on the telephone.
3. Dealing with telephone queries and requests for information, results, and visits using the computer system and practice protocols appropriately.
4. Liaising with doctors and nurses regarding patient queries, passing on messages as required.
5. Following up on requests for appointments and information from hospitals, booking transport or interpreters.
