The Assistant for Vice President role requires a UK-qualified architect with at least 3-5 years of professional experience, combined with previous operations and people management. Salary is up to £55k -£60k depending on experience. Assistant to Vice President responsibilities: Develop and maintain standardized forms of agreements and proposals. Prepare resource schedule Analyze officewide profit loss of current and future projects Develop fee proposals based on hourly rates and project staffing requirements through all phases. Allocate staff to projects and identify hiring needs for current and future workloads.
