Act with integrity and respect, ensuring at all times the needs of the individuals are paramount. Work with a diverse caseload, seeking support where required to meet workload deadlines. Promote excellent standards of Social Work practice for children and families using skills in assessment/a range of intervention in order to impact change with the ability to explain and justify decisions.
