We have a fabulous opportunity to join our hardworking and reliable team as a Children's Residential Support Worker, changing lives and providing bright futures for our young people aged 7-18 Based in our warm and welcoming residential home in Cannock, we are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who share our ethos and commitment to creating a home environment filled with laughter and memories that will last a lifetime. Our passion for providing our young people with a home they can relax and enjoy is what keeps us motivated daily, the role is demanding but very rewarding and give you the opportunity to change their quality of life for the better and help provide a smooth path to adulthood and beyond. Day to day duties will include cooking, cleaning and encouraging positive behaviours, ideally you will have some experience in a similar setting but we are also happy to hear from applicants with a strong desire to make a difference and willing to undertake any training necessary to get you up to speed quickly. A full UK driving licence would also be essential As this role is 24 hour care, shifts will be a combined early, late and sleep and you will expected to complete up to 10 full shifts per month and will include some weekends and bank holidays.
