We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading UK manufacturer of domestic and healthcare seating. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our presence across Wales & the Southwest, working with a well-established and reputable brand in the seating industry.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Territory Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers across Wales & the Southwest.
2. Sales Growth – Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue.
3. Training & Assessments – Conducting seating assessments, product demonstrations, and delivering high-quality training to customers and dealers.
4. Diary & Account Management – Organising your own schedule to maximise customer engagement and business development.
5. Product Expertise – Becoming a specialist in our domestic and healthcare seating solutions (full training provided).
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven B2B Sales Experience – A strong track record in business development and account management.
2. Networking Skills – Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry professionals.
3. Self-Motivated & Organised – Capable of managing your own schedule and working independently.
4. Travel Flexibility – Regular travel within your territory, with occasional overnight stays.
5. Strong Communication & Admin Skills – Weekly call reports must be submitted to the management team for review and feedback.
6. Full UK Driving Licence – Essential for the role.
