Head of Business
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Head of Business to lead and manage our flagship Ferrari dealership in Leeds. This is not a role for a leader who operates from the sidelines. We need someone who will be actively based alongside the sales team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with them to drive performance, inspire excellence, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Ferrari’s world-class standards.
The Role
As Head of Business, you will lead Ferrari Leeds with a hands-on approach, fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the dealership. This role demands close collaboration across the wider JCT600 business. You will work seamlessly with support teams, other Heads of Business, and the wider division to ensure alignment, shared success, and consistent delivery of exceptional results. Humility, teamwork, and a collaborative mindset are essential as you’ll be a key part of the larger JCT600 family.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations: Be actively involved with the sales team daily, offering support, guidance, and leadership. Lead from the front in driving sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded, and fostering a high-energy, customer-centric environment.
2. Day-to-Day Leadership: Take an active role in the dealership’s operations, ensuring sales processes, customer service, and operational standards are flawlessly executed.
3. Audit and Compliance: Conduct constant checks, audits, and reviews to ensure strict adherence to Ferrari’s brand standards and compliance requirements.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with JCT600 teams, such as Marketing, the People Team, Accounts and Administration, as well as other Heads of Business across the division and wider company.
5. Exceptional Team Player: Build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels. Lead with humility, encourage teamwork, and promote a culture of shared goals and mutual respect.
6. Data-Driven Insights: Use your analytical and numerical expertise to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
7. Customer Experience: Personally champion a world-class customer journey, ensuring Ferrari Leeds consistently exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
8. Attention to Detail: Maintain rigorous standards in every aspect of the dealership, ensuring it reflects the precision and excellence of the Ferrari brand and JCT600.
9. Adaptable Leadership and Critical Thinking: Approach challenges with flexibility and composure, maintaining a calm and measured presence to guide your team through changing circumstances.
10. Brand Representation: Be a true ambassador for JCT600, embodying the company’s values with integrity, humility, and professionalism.
