Role Overview:
As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you will play a key role in steering and implementing NetSuite ERP to support a major separation and integration of multiple sub-divisions into one streamline business.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in leading a successful Oracle NetSuite migration and implementation in a complex multi-division environment on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with the CIO and Chief Transformation Officer to lead a large-scale IT separation and integration project of 35 sub businesses into 1
* Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite ERP
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a multi-division structure and stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Act as a role model to drive best practice for technical oversight to project teams and align project management governance and frameworks to be aligned to certifications and industry standards
Skills required:
* Critical experience in ERP design, project planning and migration and implementation of NetSuite
* Leverage experience in mid-market private equity-backed businesses to navigate and address challenges associated with the M&A integration and separation process.
* A background working with Private Equity Portfolio Companies in the mid-market would be advantageous
* Ability to lead commercial negotiations with 3rd party suppliers and vendors for services contracts to support ERP initiatives
