Position: Door to Door Fundraiser for Marie Curie Location: Various residential areas in Birmingham & surrounding areas Hours: Guaranteed 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11.30am - 7.30pm Salary: £12.00 per hour paid weekly (Great Weekly Pay Related Bonus scheme) Immediate Start Available Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Marie Curie are the UKs leading end of life charity providing frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement. Please note this is contract with external staffing agency Inspired People on working assignment with Marie Curie. Responsibilities: Engage with members of the public on their doorstep. Hit weekly KPIs (Aiming for at least 8 regular giving supporters per week). Promote Marie Curies work and inspire people to donate through regular long-term direct debit donations. Represent the charity in a professional and positive manner, upholding Marie Curies values and behaviours. While field sales experience is advantageous, we provide full and individually tailored training so no fundraising experience is necessary to be successful. About you: No previous experience needed but fundraising/sales experience is advantageous. Comfortable working in a targeted role. Possess exceptional communication skills.
