We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join our team at Oakwood House and build on the success of winning the Nursing in Social Care award at the Norfolk Care Awards in 2022 and the Learning and Development Award in 2024.
The successful candidate will:
1. Work with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to take the lead for quality and development of the nursing care delivered.
2. Liaise and build partnerships with health and social care professionals.
3. Demonstrate leadership of the team and act as a positive role model within Oakwood House.
4. Share in the homes values of keeping residents safe, being committed to care and promoting dignity and independence.
5. Take proactive responsibility for the delivery of safe, timely and appropriate care, care planning and assessment of risk and any actions needed.
6. Allocate tasks, manage and delegate the actions of a team of carers and nurses in an innovative and proactive fashion, directing and facilitating any individual leading a shift to maximise the best outcome for the residents.
7. Manage medication consistently, accurately and safely through auditing, monitoring, assessment of competency and ensure effective liaison with GP surgeries and pharmacies.
You will need to be a RN with current NMC registration, as well as a dedicated and motivational individual.

Pay: £20.50 per hour
