Our client, a leading organisation in the food industry, is seeking a Ticketing Administrator to join their team in Orpington, London. This temporary full-time role focuses on managing and overseeing the ticketing system, offering a unique opportunity for you to showcase your organisational skills and passion for customer service.
What you'll do:
1. Managing the inbox daily for new shelf labels.
2. Printing labels and posting them out to the sites on the same day.
3. Keeping track of ticket inventory, ensuring accurate counts, and coordinating with relevant departments to meet demand while minimising waste.
4. Providing technical support for the ticketing system, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers and staff.
What you bring:
1. Previous experience in administration and customer service is desirable.
2. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in using ticketing systems and related software.
