**About the Role
** We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Minehead Resort aspart of our Restaurants and QSR department as a Restaurant Venue Manager.
As a Venue Manager, you’ll be vital in helping our guest’s create smiles –getting stuck in to give them a great dining experience! You’ll be part of abig team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with analtogether more fun and entertaining holiday.
You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about deliveringexceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the teamin a fun-filled environment.
You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence,incorporating all brand standards and Butlin’s way of working Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll enjoy the buzz of a busy environmentand will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
You’ll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guestobsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do.
The role will also involve analysing KPI’s and stock control systems tomaximise gross profit margins and adhering to food safety and health & safetypolicies.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others todeliver experiences that truly delight our guests.
You should be an advocatefor your team’s fulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121sand PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin’s.
As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need toenjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guestexperience is always your number one priority.
Typical working hours cover 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with a variety ofshifts between 7am to late night with support across the wider department attimes, and will including weekend, bank holidays and Christmas working.
### About You We are looking for an individual with prior experience in __ a food & beverageenvironment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing anddealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly._ _You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supportingpeople through regular 121s and coaching.
Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part ofthis role so you should be passionate about every interaction and should seekopportunities to improve this wherever possible.
You should have experience of managing rotas based on fluctuating guestvolumes, experience in working with multi-skilled team to support other areasof the business based on guest demand.
You should be able to demonstrateexperience of leading teams to success, to include proficiency in managingperformance, coaching team, delivering team training, setting standards androle modelling this behaviour, problem solving & feedback and able to managemultiple priorities and can adapt quickly to changing requirements.
