About the role About the role: You will be required to work a 12-hour shift pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Receive emergency and non-emergency telephone calls. Mobilise resources in response to emergency calls and/or requests for assistance using the mobilising system provided. Communicate with Officers and other agencies of incidents in accordance with procedures. Operate computer information retrieval systems. Participate in the routine testing of equipment. Work in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at appropriate levels.
