5V Tech is proud to be working in partnership with a fast-growing and innovative start-up in Barcelona. They are on a mission to empower educators and children with intelligent solutions that enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
As Head of Product, you will join the talented team of this AI-powered educational platform and be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap. You will be in charge of a Senior Product Designer and work closely with engineering and marketing to bring innovative and effective learning experiences to children and students around the world.
Responsibilities
* Lead the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and goals
* Conduct market research to identify user needs and opportunities
* Develop and prioritize product features
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to bring products to market
* Track product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback
* Manage the design of the product, from end-to-end
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on EdTech or AI
* Proven track record of success in launching and scaling consumer products
* Deep understanding of the education landscape and the challenges and opportunities of AI-powered learning
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate user insights into actionable product strategies
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
* Proven experience of working in a similar role within a start-up environment
