Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Chester
Salary: £85-£100 a day dependent on experience
Leader Education are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work alongside children within Secondary and Primary supporting them in and outside of the classroom. This role will entail working with students who have had challenging behaviour. You will help them understand and channel their feelings to improve their behaviour and thus enhance their academic performance. This role requires you to think on your feet and adapt at a moment's notice, ensuring you always follow the school's policies. No day will be the same, and you will get to know each student to impact them positively.
Role Requirements
For this role, experience is not required, but it is desirable. You should have a passion for working with children and possess a strong personality to manage behaviour effectively. Empathy and proactivity are essential to meet the needs of everyone. If you have a background in Youth Work, Sport, Army, Police, Prison, or Creative Arts such as Music or Art, please apply!
