Job Description:
As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative solutions for our client, particularly in the realm of 3D point of sale displays. This includes the production of semi-permanent cardboard displays such as FSDUs, shelf-edge furniture, and other in-store displays aimed at enhancing consumer engagement and creating a captivating in-store environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and meet client objectives
2. Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with brands and retailers
3. Conduct budgeting and commercial account analysis to ensure profitability and efficiency
4. Lead the intake of briefs for key projects and oversee their execution
5. Provide day-to-day account management support as needed
6. Lead and inspire small teams to deliver exceptional results
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in account management, preferably within a creative agency environment
2. Strong understanding of 3D point of sale displays and creative solutions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive growth
5. Experience in budgeting and commercial analysis
6. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
