An opportunity has arisen to join the Bee at home service as a Band 4 Health and social care assessor, which involves assessing, reviewing and allocating care calls for clients in their own home.
This post is for 37.5 hours per week.
The service hours are 8am until 10pm, 7 days per week. The hours for this post will be 3 x 11 hour shifts and 1 short shift per week.
To work within the Domiciliary Care Service undertaking initial client assessments and screening initial referrals received via Local Authority or directly from clients enquiring about services provided. The post holder will be required to assess and determine the nature and level of care required by individuals referred to the service.
There will be a requirement to regularly review and update packages of care being provided.
