What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day operations to ensure positive outcomes for children and young adults. Lead and supervise staff, including permanent and sessional playworkers. Deliver engaging, varied, and inclusive activities for children and young adults with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and complex needs. Support staff in implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and responding appropriately to distressed behaviours. Develop person-centred support plans, ensuring every child receives the care they need. Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are always followed. Work closely with families, schools, and external professionals to support children’s development. Manage staff rotas, oversee budgets, and maintain compliance with Ofsted and internal policies.
