Positive Futures is a vibrant community-based project dedicated to creating safe and supportive spaces for young people. As part of an exciting new project, we are pleased to announce openings for three Community Sport Workers to join our dynamic team! These roles will be a 2-year fixed term contract and operate countywide.
What you'll be doing - Community Sport Worker
As a Community Sport Worker, you will play a crucial role in an exciting new project alongside Community Safety colleagues. You will engage young people through sports, group activities, and social action to promote their personal development and sense of belonging while reducing antisocial behaviour. Your efforts will help create a positive impact for both young people and communities!
What We’re Looking For
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who have relevant qualifications and experience in delivering community-based sports and activity programs. You should possess a warm, relational approach, enabling you to create safe spaces where young people can thrive and grow.
