Job Description
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration.
* Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow development.
* Develop technical solutions, implement them, and perform component integration tests.
* Understand business needs and standardize processes, incorporating this into the design.
* Possess large-scale thinking and approach needed for project success.
* Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow required.
* Expertise level programming skills.
* Line management responsibility for a number of ServiceNow developers.
* Increase customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality consulting services on time and on budget.
* Work with technical architects to implement and deploy leading-edge technologies to our customer base.
* Identify opportunities to develop solutions for customers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to non-technical audiences.
* Ability to address customer business requirements with effective solutions.
* Ability to effectively estimate the effort required to deliver results and correctly set customer expectations.
Qualifications
* Advanced experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and preferable ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.
* Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
* Understanding and creating technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
* Advanced understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB.
* System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies.
* Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system including customizing using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly, and advanced flows.
* Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
