We are delighted to be recruiting for an eCommerce Strategic Project Manager to join our eCommerce team where you will be responsible for driving and executing strategic projects across all eCommerce sub channels - eGrocery, Pureplay such as Amazon, Ocado and eB2B to unlock new growth opportunities. You will be involved in business-wide projects, working with various functions in the UK&I market and with our European teams. A day in the life of an eCommerce Strategic Project Manager As an eCommerce Strategic Project Manager, you will play the role of leading our transformation plan within Nestle to unlock future growth in the eCommerce channel by leading future focused business wide projects, working alongside various functions and teams. Key responsibilities will include: - Drives key strategic projects to enable all Nestle products to be world class at the Digital Shelf. Defines future eContent standards to feed into the planning processes. Reviews and tracks eContent across the UK landscape and globally. Drives change raising new standards through the deployment of new technology solutions. - Is the eCommerce lead to continually improve our Product Information Management end-to-end process, making our eContent more relevant and personalised, leveraging the latest functionality and technology as it develops, liaising with Project team leaders and eCommerce broader community at Nestle. - Works on key transformational projects designed to accelerate growth for Nestle within the eCommerce channel, working alongside other European markets. Provides the relevant training and upskilling to drive the digitization into the standard Sales processes and provide communication to the broader Sales team. - Drives eCommerce Integration for the Sales team creating best in market toolkits for all eCommerce strategic projects working alongside the other Project Leads. - Executes the strategic eCommerce Test & Learn plan. Shares best practice and learnings through post evaluations to help shape future initiatives/plans across wider communities and key senior stakeholders. What will make you successful? To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate eCommerce commercial experience with proven examples of impacting commercial KPIs through your project management, strategic thinking, financial acumen and customer experience. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for our Nestlé brands, you will have commercial capability and have experience of influencing across all levels. What's key is your real passion for all things eCommerce and digital and the ability to work in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous. You will also have: - Previous experience ideally across eCommerce and Digital - Strong media & social media knowledge - Good understanding of digital data and analytics - Strong knowledge of the digital shelf and digital media channels - Good knowledge of eGrocery, Pureplay and eB2B and their business operating models - Strategic and critical thinking to lead and accelerate the eCommerce journey across eGrocery, Pureplay and eB2B. - Experience of working in eCommerce or Digital project management - Experience of working in omni channel brands, would be an advantage - Experience of working for an FMCG, would be an advantage - With the ever-changing landscape of eCommerce, the ability to continually learn and adapt to new challenges the channel presents and communicate learnings along the way Why Nestlé?
