We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As an HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite, Greenview management and employees, aligning HR strategies with Greenview organisational goals. You will work closely with all departments and business units to drive performance, enhance employee engagement, and build a culture that reflects our values. This is a hands on role and requires an individual who relishes the opportunity to drive change and improvements and own the HR function. Key Responsibilities Partner with C-Suite to understand Greenview Strategy and goals and provide strategic HR support. Drive talent management strategies including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee development. Act as a coach and consultant to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate on organisational design and change management initiatives. Use data and metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programmes including the Management Development and Apprencticeship Programmes. Development of a learning culture within the organisation Ensure compliance with employment law, drawing upon appropriate professional advisors when required. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across Greenview. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or HR certification is a plus). CIPD Level 5 (Associate Member) essential and Level 7 (Chartered Member) desirable 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or consultative HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and business acumen. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Experience/knowledge of construction service industry, its training & accreditation requirements and development of apprenticeships preferable.
