Technical Maintenance Surveyor *3 (Home Maintenance Service including repairs and voids)
Home working, with the requirement to visit Aspire sites in and around the Newcastle under Lyme Borough areas.

We are going through an exciting period of transformation at Aspire Housing. As part of our improved way of working, we are introducing a number of new Technical Maintenance Surveyors to support our Responsive Repairs and Void (Empty homes) teams.

These new roles are an integral part of the service delivery team to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
Your role will be to support the Home Maintenance Service Operations Manager by carrying out surveys and property inspections throughout the housing stock within repairs and voids in line with current legislation. Being proficient to inspect, specify and diagnose works in a construction-related environment utilizing the Nat fed 8 rates, you will scope the works, materials, and plant required while ensuring value for money and the best service for Aspire customers.
You will also be overseeing the delivery of subcontracted repairs, ensuring repairs are completed in accordance with Aspire standards and timeframes demonstrating “what a good job looks like,” being professional with a right-first-time approach, supporting the Home Maintenance team to reach their full potential.
