Sellick partnership is currently assisting a local housing association in the recruitment of a Housing Officer on a permanent part-time basis.
The Housing Officer will act as the first point of contact for all leaseholder and RTB enquiries to the organisation. This also includes responsibility for dispersed tenancies and statutory and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage leaseholder and RTB enquiries.
2. Oversee dispersed tenancies.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in housing management.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Knowledge of relevant housing legislation.
