Your New Role
1. Work flexibly across operational sites as required.
2. Work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
3. Seek to improve personal performance, contribution, knowledge, and skills.
4. Participate in appraisal, training, and supervision processes.
5. Keep abreast of developments in services, legislation, and practice relevant to the client group.
6. Ensure the implementation of all CRI policies.
7. Contribute to maintaining safe systems of work and a safe environment.
8. Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post.
9. Work alongside and embrace Peer Mentors and invest in volunteers.
What You'll Need to Succeed
1. Knowledge of general office procedures.
2. IT literacy, including proficiency in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and data entry.
3. Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
4. The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
5. Solid numeric skills.
6. Good organisational skills.
7. Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
8. A mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
9. The ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
10. The ability to work as a member of a team.
