This is a hybrid-based role, with office and national travel required as per business needs.
As our new recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of finding amazing talent. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Collaborate with the business: Team up with hiring managers to dive deep into their resourcing needs. You’ll provide expert guidance and ensure the hiring process is smooth.
Sourcing our next talent: Use your creative flair to tap into multiple sourcing methods, think job boards, social media, and employee referrals—to build a talent pipeline.
Screening: Conduct initial screenings to spot the best candidates. You’ll evaluate their qualifications and alignment with our company values.
Candidate Experience: A positive experience is key and you’ll be the friendly face guiding them through the recruitment journey.

Talent Magnet: You know how to attract and manage candidates while keeping their experience top-notch.
Relationship Builder: You’ve got stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
Organisation is key: You can juggle high-volume vacancies and prioritise tasks in our fast-paced environment.
Hold a valid, full, clean UK Driver's Licence to travel when needed.
