Preparing for and attendance at client meetings
Preparing for and attendance at Court in support of Client’s case
Demonstrate continuing professional development and present portfolio of evidence at development meetings with Partners

Present self as positive communicator of Practice, nurturing network of contacts and referrers
Receiving referrals from other firms, clients and other professionals
Effective drafting of all written documentation to clients, solicitors and courts
Ensure compliance with all internal administration processes in line with the firm Office
Manual
Ensure compliance with current Lexcel standards and requirements
Ensure compliance with SRA Code of Conduct
Participating in external meetings for marketing and networking opportunities
Maintain CPD
Participate in legal know-how developments
Act as an ambassador of the firm
