Objective
To work with existing consultants to provide an effective support service. Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive service at all times. To assist the recruiters in managing the end to end recruitment process. Always ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Working Days and Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 37.5 hours a week
* 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm Friday

Candidate Management
* Sourcing suitable candidates from job boards, social media, company data base and referrals.
* Qualifying candidates and assessing suitability for registration.
* Chasing candidates that haven’t responded to updates/application forms sent.
* Liaising with Consultants and keeping up to date with new roles.
* Ensuring all company processes are followed and databases are kept up to date.
* Accurately record candidate and client information on the recruitment database.
* Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates.
* Maintain 100% accuracy on compliance and data input
* Advertise and resource for new positions - uploading vacancies onto Massey’s website, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Conduct registrations for successful applicants.
* Communicating job roles to candidates (both verbally and in written form) - starting initial recruitment conversations with candidates.
* Provide first line support for all enquiries.
* Loading and updating candidates in full attaching docs, updating notes, driving licences, passports etc.
* Keeping client jobs up to date on system.
* Prepare CV’s for sending to clients paying particular attention to accuracy, spelling, grammar and wording.
Consultant Support
* Speaking to clients to update/organize interviews
* Taking verbal references
* Assisting with interviewing candidates
* Taking vacancies if neither consultant is available.
* Arranging candidate interviews and emailing details to them.
Skills and Experience
* You will need to have a good administration background and be organised and efficient.
* You will need to be patient, articulate and approachable and be able to demonstrate a high standard of both candidate and client care as you will be dealing with people where English may not be their first language. A good sense of humour is a plus!
* The ability to speak and write fluent English along with a good standard of spelling and grammar is also important, as is the ability to put together a professional email.
