This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our innovative Discovery & Automation function here at L&G.We are a highly motivated team delivering excellence in everything we do – from working on change transformation projects and large programmes – to robotic process automation and artificial intelligence – to discovering and re-engineering our business to drive better decisions, ideas, and outcomes. You will help us to deliver quality analysis, automation, and transformation services to our internal customers - Group Functions (HR, Brand, Tax, IT, Treasury Risk & Compliance) and Group Finance, whilst working collaboratively with global external partners and suppliers. This will be delivered as part of a partnership we have with a big 4 accounting & consulting firm. This means that you will benefit from working with both L&G business leaders and experts as well as senior consulting resources who will help to upskill you in transformational best practices and thinking. 1. Extensive understanding of Business Analysis techniques such as; Enterprise Analysis, Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Requirements Analysis, Elicitation, Requirements Management & Communication, Solution Assessment & Validation
2. Extensive understanding of Business Analysis techniques
3. Extensive understanding of Business Process Modelling
4. Extensive experience working in a continuous improvement environment
5. Able to confidently lead and set activities/workload for other Business Analysts within a project
6. BCS Business Analysis certifications, including the BCS International Business Analysis Diploma are desirable
