Finance Manager - Program Finance, JP Store Finance

We are hiring a Finance Manager in JP Store Finance to partner with teams across Japan Retail organization on strategic initiatives. In this role, you will provide financial planning, analysis, controllership and insights to enable data-driven decision making and long-term growth. Key Job Responsibilities
As Finance Manager for JP Store - Retail Programs, you'll be a crucial thought partner to the leadership team, supporting business growth through strategic financial management. Your role involves evaluating investments for long-term strategies, providing data-driven insights, establishing control frameworks. Key responsibilities include synthesizing data into compelling presentations for senior leadership, adeptly managing shifting priorities, leading long-term planning, and managing cost efficiency impacting JP Store's P&L.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 6+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
2. 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
3. Experience performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel
4. Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving
5. Language requirements: Business fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
2. 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
3. MBA, or CPA
4. Knowledge of SQL/ETL
5. Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
6. Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
