The role Reporting to Subsea management, you play an integral part in ensuring the maintenance of Huon’s surface and sub surface infrastructure. Providing support through general dive and farm attendant duties, you will: Undertake repairs to nets, equipment, and other general maintenance. Undertake subsea infrastructure inspections as required. Perform rigging and retrieve mortalities. Located at our Hideaway Bay site, this opportunity operates on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster. About you Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships within a team. Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement. A commitment to working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action. Self-motivated and able to undertake the physically demanding requirements of this role in a safe manner. Your qualifications include: Certificate III in aquaculture (Diving) ADAS Part 2 Restricted Dive ticket (or equivalent). A current Dive medical or ability to obtain. Current First Aid and Oxygen Resuscitation Certificate. A current and valid Driver’s licence.
