Job Title: HR Data Systems Advisor

What you’ll be doing:
* Fully understand the data and SuccessFactors processes, including the impact of data changes, anomalies, and their resolution
* Collaborate creatively and effectively with key stakeholders such as the HR Data Systems Team, Data Analysts, Business Data Leads, EITS, and Change Management to meet business requirements
* Identify and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Data Systems Team, fostering innovative thinking and overseeing the implementation of new ideas
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of other service streams or functions that use HR data (e.g. IT, VRS, Payroll) and how this data is interpreted or affects outcomes
* Ensure strict adherence to governance and control protocols for all incoming and outgoing data
Your skills and experiences:
* Understanding of best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
* A level of familiarity with technology platforms relevant to the service area such as payroll systems and data analysis / reporting tools
* Proficient in Excel
* Working knowledge of governance and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulations
* Sound understanding of data protection and document retention policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal requirements
