Finance Systems Analyst London Up to £ 80,000 Finance Systems Analyst with International Law Firm An international law firm is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Analyst to lead a newly formed team, ensuring that new technologies and processes are efficiently adopted firm-wide. Key Responsibilities of Finance Systems Analyst Manage the Support mailbox alongside a functional team and collaborate with IT Service Desk. Serve as the key contact for all Finance Systems used by Finance and other stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date documentation for setups and known issues. Support Finance and senior management with 3E data extraction, analysis, and report creation using SQL and Microsoft Reporting Services. Review and improve finance system workflows and reporting processes. Lead training for the Finance team and broader business. Collaborate with IT on systems projects and manage relationships with Thomson Reuters/Elite. Contribute to team development and long-term succession planning. Participate in other ad-hoc projects as needed. Required Skills of Finance Systems Analyst Extensive experience with Elite 3E and SQL Server. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications, Power BI, and possibly VB.NET. Familiarity with other finance systems like Intapp, Chrome River, and Xcelerate. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience creating user-friendly reports. Good understanding of finance processes and systems. Ability to work collaboratively or independently, with strong communication and adaptability. Passionate, innovative, and detail-oriented, with a focus on high standards.
