Key Responsibilities: Cyber Incident Management Daily threat analysis and respond to cyber incidents.
Update and maintain the cyber incident run book.
Liaise with the Security Operations Centre to identify threats and resolve issues with security tools.
Cyber Security Operations Assist in the delivery, tuning and maintenance of new and existing security services.
Monitor cyber queue and action ad hoc requests.
Provide regular Cyber vulnerability and KPI reports.
Manage penetration and security tests, working with the wider IT teams to prioritise and resolve vulnerabilities.
Update security policies and procedures.
Support audit and compliance tasks, including ISO27001 compliance.
Cyber Security Risk Management Assist in the maintenance of the global cyber security risk register.
Ensure the ongoing assurance and compliance of Innospec systems to Cyber Security policies and architectural patterns and standards Identify and assess new risks, prioritising remediation activities and carry out Supplier Cyber Security Assessment Security Design Assess IT designs for security risks, define security standards, and develop requirements.
Support delivery of cyber security projects and inspire adherence to best practices.
Security Awareness Training Manage and maintain the security awareness platform.
Schedule phishing tests, report KPIs, and follow up on non-compliance.
Requirements: Ability to analyse and articulate complex problems by interrogating data and intelligence, formulating and influencing solutions.
Ability to interrogate systems using PowerShell and KQL.
Strong understanding of security concepts with the ability to apply them at a technical level.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations while translating complex security issues into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong knowledge of risk methodologies, their application, and the proportionality of risk in various contexts.
Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures, with the ability to assess and articulate the impact of vulnerabilities on system designs and recommend responses.
Good working knowledge of the different Microsoft Defender services.
Thorough understanding of industry standard end-to-end Cyber Incident Management processes, including responding to incidents and threat hunting.
