Accountable for everything from team engagement and warehouse performance to efficiency and budgets, you'll shape plans that drive change and develop the team. You'll actively create a safe and efficient working environment where colleagues feel included and can do their jobs brilliantly. Crucially, you'll also drive the performance of leaders across the warehouse. What you bring to the mix Having successfully led a large, fast-paced warehouse function before, you've got everything needed to thrive in this role: experience in planning resources and managing costs, service and safety through others the ability to coach and mentor teams to drive performance and achieve shared goals a results-focused and collaborative approach a track record of creating plans that improve the experience of customers and colleagues strong relationship-building and financial skills.
