What You’ll Be Doing:
Your night will be all about ensuring our residents feel secure and supported. From helping with personal care and assisting with equipment to keeping the environment cosy and clean, you’ll be a vital part of their nightly routine. You’ll also keep an eye on their mental and physical well-being, making sure they stay active and healthy.
You’ll be there to handle any emergencies, greet visitors with a warm smile, and keep everything running smoothly with accurate record-keeping. And if someone needs spiritual support, you’ll be there to help facilitate their worship preferences too.
