The Senior Reporting Accountant will support the Head of Finance with overall objectives for the accounting team, with full responsibility of key aspects in the function. Duties will include but not limited to; External Financial Reporting, ensuring financial statements are produced, managed and delivered on time. External Solvency II Reporting, producing SFCR and QRT's, owning key aspects of the production process. Internal Financial Reporting, quarterly financial reporting to group is done to the appropriate quality. FP&A/Finance Business Partnering, play a key part in business plans, projections, expenses and year end forecasting which will include any board/exec reporting. The ideal professional; Will have life insurance experience. Technical accounting background (IFRS or Solvency II needed). Spent time in a commercial role, and have a knowledge of strategic and commercial finance. Can commit to 3 days in the office per week.
