Growing Provider - Purpose-Built and Recently Refurbished Home
I am excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager to join a growing provider in the Tonbridge, Kent area. Their purpose-built home, recently refurbished to a high standard, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead their team and ensure the continued success of their service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of staff, ensuring a positive and professional working environment.
Manage the financial and operational aspects of the home, ensuring efficient use of resources and budgets.
Ensure the home maintains its Good CQC rating by adhering to all necessary standards and implementing best practices.
Provide strong leadership and guidance in the delivery of person-centred care, particularly for residents with nursing and residential needs.
Key Requirements:
Established Registered Manager experience is essential.
Ideally, the candidate will hold a Nursing PIN, but this is not a strict requirement.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential.
Good knowledge of CQC standards and experience maintaining or improving ratings.
A proven track record in managing nursing homes, with a strong focus on quality care and operational efficiency.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Job Details:
Salary: £65,000 per annum, plus a 20% performance-based bonus.
Full-time: Monday to Friday.
Location: Near Tonbridge, Kent.
