In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our administration team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. You will work closely with our Plant Team, providing essential support while maintaining smooth administrative processes. Here are just some of the activities you will be involved with… Lead and support the administration team, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism. Coordinate administrative processes to support the plant team effectively. Maintain accurate records and produce reports using Microsoft Excel. Monitor workflow, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. You should have excellent communication skills for clear and professional interactions with various teams and stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential for managing data and producing reports, while a keen attention to detail and organisational ability are key to handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. A positive and supportive leadership approach is also important, as you’ll be motivating your team and fostering a collaborative environment.
