For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification. 2.1.1 To organise and maintain the diaries of the Managing Director and Director of Operations, Private Care. 2.1.2 To manage the Directors business and social diaries, making all such arrangements in connection with hospital business 2.1.3 To prioritise the Directors mail, advise on distribution and where appropriate initiate action and draft responses. This includes the efficient dissemination of information to maintain service levels and meet deadlines where appropriate, in the Directors absence. 2.1.4 To Summarise and/ or highlight reports for the Managing Director and Director of Operations. 2.1.5 To ensure correct papers are available for meetings/ events attended by the Private Care Directors. 2.1.6 To develop and maintain paper and electronic filing systems to support the work of the Private Care Directors.
