Our client is seeking a dedicated and dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role offers the flexibility of remote working with occasional requirements in Central London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Executive & Strategy Officer, providing support on operational functions and strategic tasks. What you will do: Provide support to the Executive and Strategy Officer with operational functions. Assist in preparing agendas, coordinating and circulating papers and minutes of Board meetings. Monitor admin email inbox and respond promptly. Assist with strategic tasks as directed by the Executive & Strategy Officer. Respond to panel member queries in a timely manner. Assist with organisation of the annual Panel Members training day. Liaise with operations Team and the Clerk. Assist with organisation of Panel hearings. Check invoices and panel member fee claims for accuracy and compliance. Monitor website for decisions requiring publication or removal. What you will bring: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
