We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Guest Relations Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel. As our Guest Relations Agent you will have a natural ability to connect with people and have a creative flair to deliver personalised tailored service to our guests.
As a Guest Relations Agentyou will:
15. Creating and arranging amenities to surprise and delight our guests.
16. Having presence in the lobby, meeting, greeting and providing assistance to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
17. Liaising with all departments to ensure all guests needs and expectations are met.
18. Liaising with guests, finding out their preferences and updating their Opera profiles.
19. Managing and swiftly resolving guest complaints.
20. Being the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensuring all departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
21. Serving as a main point of contact for long-stay guests to ensure consistency.
Our most successful Guest Relations Agentis someone who:
22. Anticipate our guests needs and be able to thing outside the box to create tailored experiences that leave our guests with lasting memories.
23. Someone who is creative!
24. Previous experience in a Guest facing role within a luxury hotel.
25. Someone who is naturally engaging and attentive with an eye for detail
26. A self-starter who is intuitive and dependable.
