Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive for a fast-growing company based in Brighton.\n\nWe're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with strong customer service skills, great written communication, and a flexible, team-focused mindset.\n\nYou'll need marketing experience, be confident with Microsoft Office, and able to work from our Brighton office 1-2 days a week, with some UK travel.\n\nBonus if you have experience with print, CMS, CRM, volunteers, or the UK travel sector.\n\nJob Title - Senior Marketing Executive\n\nLength - 12 Month FTC\n\nSalary - £36k - £38k DOE\n\nLocation - Brighton - Hybrid, 2 days in 3 days from home\n\nDESCRIPTION.\n\nResponsibilities will include but are not limited to.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver the magazine on schedule.\nReview and approve digital content for the website.\nManage and support interest-based groups, including volunteer coordination and event planning.\nCreate and schedule marketing campaigns across email, social media, and print.\nDesign and send campaign emails to promote community activities.\nDevelop content for social media and community publications.\nMaintain and update website pages using CMS tools.\nSupport volunteers at events in collaboration with the events team.\nHandle group inboxes and calls, providing administrative and customer service support.\nMonitor and update marketing assets and communication channels regularly.\nGather and analyse feedback to guide content and engagement strategies.\nEnsure compliance with brand guidelines, data protection, and marketing regulations.\nAttend occasional offsite and out-of-hours meetingsPROFILE\n\nTo be considered for this role, you must:\n\nDegree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience\nExcellent written communication skills with proofreading experience\nProven track record of delivering high-quality customer service\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook\nAbility to work from our Brighton office 1-2 days per week and travel for meetings across the UK, including occasional overnight stays\nBackground in print design\nInterest and/or knowledge of the UK travel market\nFamiliarity with drafting or managing contract agreements\nProficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms\nExperience using CMS systems\nKnowledge of tools such as (url removed) and Typeform\nHolder of a valid UK driving licence\nBe confident with all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint & Excel
