Job Description
* Outbound lead qualification & registration
* Liaising with the Client/Stakeholders on a regular basis.
* Handling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
* Understanding the customer requirements, ability to gve product advice
* Advising customers on the best services available
* Build rapport with the customers
* Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data.
* Contributing to the overall performance of the team
* Deliver and maintain both individual and team targets
Qualifications
* Experience of the automotive industry ideally related to parts, products and product catalogues
* A passion for delivering first class customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
* Proven record of providing internal and external customer service
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Team Player
* Technically savvy – a good understanding of the internet and smart phones and applications would be an advantage
* IT literate and good PC skills
* The commitment to work towards individual and team goals

Operational Hours:
* Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600 or 0900 - 1700
